Gregory Harriman, RN – Co Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Gregory Harriman is our co-founder and COO. He is a very experienced Registered Nurse and has been an employee of Riverside University Health Systems for over 14 years. His career began in the emergency department where he served the community for over 10 years. He has also taken on the role as a trauma RN and currently works within the hospital’s code team. With this diverse background, Gregory enjoys educating on critical care topics as well as the nursing process. In addition, his goal is to create opportunities for all nurses to fulfill their desire to provide care and education abroad with Riverside International Outreach. He is an avid traveler and enjoys hiking, camping, visiting the national parks and scuba diving.

Stephanie Loe, MD – Co Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Stephanie Loe is our co-founder and CEO. She is an accomplished board-certified emergency physician with over a decade of dedicated service at Riverside University Health System, where she serves as core faculty within the RUHS Emergency Medicine residency program. Her professional focus spans various fields, including disaster relief, medical education, community outreach, and global health initiatives. Her commitment to improving healthcare extends globally, as evidenced by her participation in numerous medical mission trips worldwide.

Louis Tran, MD – Chief Medical Officer
Louis Tran has been an emergency physician for over 20 years. During that time , he has helped train over 200 emergency medicine physicians. He's also an avid traveler and photographer. He feels very fortunate to be able to combine his greatest passions with Riverside International Outreach, where he currently serves as medical director.
